The fastest way to register for Online Access is via the NHS account or NHS App. You can do this from home and confirm your identity using ID with your photo on it.
You can use your NHS Account online using your computer (desktop or laptop). You can also use it in the browser on your phone if you don’t have a mobile device that can install the App.
Once you have access, you’ll be able to see your current medication and problem list. You’ll also be able to see all GP requested results and consultations from 1 November 2023 by default.
