Providing feedback to us

Your feedback is important to us and helps improve the care and services we offer. We welcome all types of feedback, whether it’s a compliment, a suggestion for improvement, or a concern about the care you’ve received.

There are several ways you can provide feedback:

All feedback is taken seriously and is reviewed to help us improve the services we provide. If you have a concern, we encourage you to speak to us directly so we can address the issue as soon as possible. Your feedback helps us ensure we continue to provide the best possible care for all our patients.

We have specific policies for complaints and subject access requests.

Feedback on the digital phone system

QR code for survey on telephone systemAs you may know, our practice recently introduced a new phone system to improve how you contact us. We are asking patients who have called the practice in the last month to share their experience. Your feedback will help us make future improvements to GP phone systems.

This survey is run by the NHS North of England Commissioning Support Unit for NHS England, and taking part is completely voluntary.

Please don’t include any personal details or health information. The feedback will be shared with your practice, your local Integrated Care Board, and NHS England to help evaluate the new phone system.
