If your appointment is in the next 48 hours, please call us on 01923 604884 to cancel or else use the NHS App to cancel the appointment.
You can also reply to the reminder text message we send to you 2 days before your appointment if you want to cancel. This helps free up availability for someone else if you can’t attend.
