We’ve been using a new digital telephone systems since February 2024.
This help us manage calls better and gives you a call-back option. This means you can ask us to call you back when it’s your turn in the queue. You don’t have to wait on the line and you won’t lose your place if you ask us to call you back using the system.
Please note that all incoming and outgoing phone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
Non-urgent advice: Feedback on the digital phone system
As you may know, our practice recently introduced a new phone system to improve how you contact us. We are asking patients who have called the practice in the last month to share their experience. Your feedback will help us make future improvements to GP phone systems.
